Shannon Bates serves on CLE Planning Committee for the State Bar of Texas Intellectual Property Law Section

Shannon Bates has been selected to serve on the 2015 Continuing Legal Education planning committee for the State Bar of Texas Intellectual Property Law Section. Shannon is a partner and co-founder of Harper & Bates LLP, a Dallas-based litigation and intellectual property firm.

The purpose of the committee is to identify timely topics and interesting speakers to fill the 2-1/2 day course schedule for the SBOT IP Law Section's Advanced Intellectual Property Law Course, cosponsored by TexasBarCLE, and to fill the 1-day course schedule for the SBOT IP Law Section's Annual Meeting CLE. Both courses will be held in San Antonio in 2016.

"Shannon's broad legal experience and her leadership in the intellectual property community make her a great addition to the CLE planning committee," said Scott Harper, partner and co-founder of the firm.
