Biography

Laura Brock is an intellectual property attorney who assists clients from a wide array of industries to protect and enforce their brands and creative works. Her practice is focused on trademark and copyright preparation, prosecution, enforcement and portfolio management. Her experience also includes representation of clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and handling of domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy.

Laura also handles IP contract negotiations, including coexistence and licensing agreements, due diligence investigations, and has experience with trademark litigation.
